My goal is to impact the life of the users and get positive results for the business.
I'm a digital product designer, focused on design system & ops, who seek to built unique experiences for users.
As a professional I'm always looking to create a collaborative and transparent workspace for me and my peers, be them designers, engineers, product managers or stakeholders.
I spent most of my career as a freelancer, and that makes me a resilient and dynamic professional, so I can fit in very well with changes in direction.
I believe that my systems mindset and business vision gives me the confidence to go beyond the status quo, and get out of the simple executor position to contribute with the strategy of the business.

Carrying out the main activities that are expected of a product designer.
I've participated in several different moments of a DS from creation to maintenance and evolution, going through challenges such as fundamentals/design tokens, team education, implementation and management of shared libraries.
I always try to spread the DesignOps culture by giving visibility to the team's deliveries to ensure consistency and quality through a clear and objective process and documentation, as well as keeping the design area mature and scalable.
With training in the product area, I maintain a holistic view of the entire process, always trying to understand the user's need, how to successfully satisfy it and how to make this need bring a positive impact to the business, in addition to using data to measure the success of each initiative.
Knowledge of various research techniques and interviews with users, both quantitative and qualitative, and experience in usability tests. In addition, I have knowledge of methodologies for storing and distributing research insights such as atomic research.
Notion of front-end development, which facilitates the construction of interfaces based on technical needs in order to reduce friction between design x dev. and facilitate the hand-off of projects and components, in addition I am familiar with low-code development using Webflow.
I seek to build intuitive interfaces with a refined aesthetic, which respect heuristics and good design practices. In addition to being always attentive to the concepts of Human-Computer Interaction to create products that respect and value the individual and his limitations.
If your company has a project that makes sense with my profile and my professional experience, feel free to send me a message, I'd love to know a little more. :)
